Williams Cedar Partners Participate in Town Hall in Crosby, Texas

Williams Cedar partners Jerry Williams and Sam Abloeser were in Crosby, Texas on November 9th. They  met in a “town hall” at Crosby Church with their clients and other residents affected by the recent releases of dangerous materials from Arkema Inc.’s Crosby facility in the wake of Hurricane Harvey. Sam and Jerry were with their Texas co-counsel, Lance Walters, of Houston’s Tracey & Fox, along with WC staff member Rob Strockbine. They answered questions regarding the legal consequences and possible remedies applicable to the Arkema events. The team was greatly impressed with the community’s resilience and determination to hold to account those responsible for the environmental and personal harm suffered by Crosby and its citizens.
