Let us introduce ourselves
One of the co-founders of Williams Cedar, Jerry Williams concentrates on environmental toxic tort, civil rights and complex personal injury cases. His legal career spans more than 30 years, during which he has tried cases in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and in jurisdictions throughout the nation. A 1982 graduate of Temple University Law School (evening division), Williams began his career as an associate at a Philadelphia law firm before starting his own practice in 1983. He has received the “AV Pre-eminent” rating – the highest given – from legal publisher Martindale-Hubbell. In addition he has been named a Pennsylvania Super Lawyer for environmental litigation, for every year since 2006.
With over 25 years of experience practicing law in New Jersey and Pennsylvania, partner and co-founder David Cedar focuses primarily on catastrophic personal injury cases. He earned his law degree from Rutgers University School of Law in Camden in 1992, and was appointed by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Certified Trial Attorney, which is an honor awarded to fewer than one percent of all attorneys in the state of New Jersey. Over the course of his career, Mr. Cedar has successfully prosecuted cases against major insurance companies, Fortune 500 banks, title companies, bankers, and other entities who have been accused of deceptive and fraudulent behavior.
Ari Goldberger has been practicing law since 1992 when he graduated with Honors from Rutgers University School of Law in Camden. Mr. Goldberger has over 25 years of experience handling all legal issues associated with Domain Law. He has successfully handled hundreds of domain name transactions and has litigated numerous name disputes in the Federal courts and under the Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy (UDRP). As a partner and co-founder of Williams Cedar, Mr. Goldberger is a fierce litigator with a reputation as a respected leader, not only in Domain Law, but in the areas of personal injury, civil rights, and environmental law as well.
